Our house is a two-storey home, and the roof is quite high, so you will definitely need a big ladder and be comfortable with heights. Here’s what we need done: - Replace Two Dek Tite Flashings: We have two leaking Dek tite flashings on the metal roof that need to be replaced. You would need to supply and install two new ones to create a proper, watertight seal. - Remove Small Bit of Leaf Guard: There's a leaf guard at the end of a box gutter near the gable that seems to be causing water to overflow. Insurance has asked for it to be removed to make sure water can flow away freely. Important Details: Because this is an insurance-related job (i.e. we are paying for it so that insurance will cover us in the future), it's crucial that you are a qualified Roof Plumber/builder otherwise they will consider the repairs invalid.
