We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Purchasing a house that has had multiple roof leaks. As such there’s sections which have fallen away and need complete resheeting, two sections needing smaller repairs. There’s also other opportunities for work in other areas of the house. I do apologise at how terrible the screenshots are, wish I had some better images to share! Needing quotes to get a gauge of what this repair would look like and timing for execution. House will likely settle just after Christmas and it’d be great to have repairs done by mid-Jan. Purchasing a property which appears to have a few roof leaks and needs a general look over. 1. Leak near fireplace cladding (appears to have been repaired but needs checking) 2. Join in roof is poorly sealed and needs work (see photos) 3. Kitchen vents need resealing (see photo) 4. Leak appearing around evaporative cooler (no photos), needs investigating and potential repair 5. Other flashing around the house needs refixing/checking to prevent and future leaks 6. Edge flashing is also in poor condition and I’d like to receive a quote to replace as well Decent amount of work. Happy to discuss further to understand time and cost to complete the job. The house settles end of Dec and work is available to be complete from this date and ideally completed by mid-Jan

Hi need my roof inspected in Dianella for leaks as well as gutters to be checked and cleaned if needed. If any further maintenance need a quotation for that.. Our house is geberally maintained. Roof is tile roof. Only our portion of roof to be done as is joint with neighbours from carport on.

Gutters relatively clean however leaf litter is blocking downpipes .

Require an inspection of roof due to large water stain on ceiling, which developed during recent rain period. Water leak requires detection and fixing, and would like to obtain a quote for this work. Please advise if there is any fee for the inspection and quote. Will consider paying $50 for a quote.

I just need an old globe and cable taken out and off the ceiling. Worried I may not know the safest way to do this. I took the old style lamp shade off and unscrewed the fitting but need help removing cables and globe fitting and patching up.

Hi, Looking to get eaves, window frames, gutters & downpipes painted plus a small section of polycarbonate roof replaced on an external lean to, door to switchboard replaced it is water damaged and warped plus pavers levelled out in garden-probably more jobs inside property but start with this-happy if one person can do all or some of these jobs

I’m looking to repair a section of the patio/alfresco roof on the side of my house. It’s the polycarbonate roof sheet that’s attached to the main house gutter and slopes down to the brick privacy wall on the side. Looks horrendous, I want to make it look more functional and attractive if possible.

Approximately 90m2 of Roof painting, washing. It’s a tiled roof.

There is a leak and the ceiling has a slight drip. If you look through the hole there is a slight bit of sunlight so it’s suspect the roof tile has a crack or mortar needs fixing. Happy to accept job and advise extent of work onsite Need to repair Tiles available

Gutter is getting flooded as its serving two side of the roof.. May need additional pvc line to connect to existing. Also, require to silicone one end of the roofing.

I have some small rust holes in a corrugated iron roof that needs patching. The colour is slate / woodland grey. If patch is different colour I can paint later. The area that needs repair can be accessed without a ladder.
