Single story studio/ granny flat There is a split across the colour bond (Basalt) sheeting between the ridges. Would like a permanent repair that will ensure no leakages but appear inconspicuous Would like to know what options are available for this repair ie fiberglass mesh OR superinpose another section of colour bond over the split etc. Currently, the split has been remedied with silicone as a temporary fix. We have an older home (traditional 70-80s brick build with timber floor joists). The structural flooring was timber floorboards where carpet was on top. Carpet was removed to show great timber floorboards which we kept exposed but its now freezing! Wanting a quote to get subfloor insulation under the house.
