I have purchased a 4-pack security camera system which is wireless and has its own solar panels for each one. I need someone with long enough ladder to install these in 1 to 2 trees and eave locations around perimeter of my house so that I can get full view of what is happening around my place. I will handle the technical programming side of things. Just need someone handy to go up tall ladder, I have small electrician's style V ladder that is not tall enough for trees.

We currently have tthree additional Solar heating panels our roof that I would like to disconnect and move from their current position, while I get the roof repaired. Then have the three panels reconnectd in about 4 weeks time once the roof repair is finished. Happy to do as two seperate jobs, one now and one to reconnect after the roof repair. Straps over panels are screwed into tile, and need to be unscrewed to be released (cirlcled). Panels and piped circled in Blue need to be shifted while the roof repair takes place. Pool heating doesnt need to be run for this time, so doesnt need to be connected in the interim period. Easy direct access from bedroom window from which phot was taken. Thanks

Hi there, We are looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few outdoor tasks at our townhouse located in Castle Hill (NSW 2154). Tasks include: ✅ Install transparent polycarbonate/acrylic roof panels (approx. 3.5mm thick) above an existing metal pergola aluminum frame. Requires safe ladder work and proper alignment – approx. 5.5m x 1m coverage. We got 7M polycarbonate (color clear) in a roll. But you need to prepare screws and silicone sealant (e.g. Selleys) to seal the edges between the panels and the wall to prevent rainwater from leaking through the gaps. Also some drilling required. And most important, roof panel must be installed with a slight downward slope away from the wall (elevate wall side slightly) to allow rainwater to drain naturally. 🔧 Install a frame around aircon outdoor unit – three sides only. Screw the panels onto the wall and floor (basic drilling). Total 3 frames needs to be installed. 🛠️ Assemble an outdoor metal cabinet (1.2mx0.5m), including screwing panels together (may require minor drilling if holes don't align perfectly). All materials provided. You will need to bring your own tools and cordless drill, possibly ladder if needed. I need someone to clean this deck roof on the top and bottom (ceiling of deck awning that you see from underneath and the area you see from the top in these pics) and remove a few (6?) broken peices of tile (around golf ball sized pieces) sitting up there,to get the home ready for sale. Also want any visible dirty eaves high pressure cleaned.
