I don’t even know if all the work they are talking about is actually needed or if they are taking me for a ride. Seems really extensive. Anyway if you’re a water proofer/tiler please have a quick glance through this quote and if you think that all this work isn’t actually needed or you can fix the problem for a much cheaper price, please let me know. I have renovated an entire bathroom for less than what they quoted. Wow.

To repair 3x 90mm down pipes where wiper snipper has broken pipe. To supply & install strip drain around concrete patio and house left hand side of property. - Due date: Flexible
