I need the following work done on our roof - Remove all builders waste from site on completion of repairs, may have to remove, set aside and reinstall solar panels and brackets to facilitate roofing repairs, re-silicon of ridge capping to main roof to affected areas, cut top sheets to supply and install transition flashing to pitch change section under solar panels, remove and replace bottom section of roof sheeting near transfer flashing under solar panels.

A few cracked pointings need repair or replacement

Require a quote to repair old leaking roof using roof patch tape and silicone paint/spray products. House is earmarked to be knocked down and rebuit next year. Hence interim temporary repair only required - minimal captial repair. Work required: -Inspect roof and identify areas for repair -Clean and abrade surface using wire cup brush -Apply roof repair tape or silicone paint/spray (E.g. Gorilla Waterproof Patch and Seal Tape, Silcone patch paint or spray) Must have approriate insurances in place to compete work.

A branch fell down and damage a few tiles and the wood edge There’s ample tiles onsite spare to use Needs capping? Repair to wooden edge make almost good (wood putty?) n paint Need honest job done for my neighbour who are elderley and old and gentle souls I am paying.

ROOF LEAK - double story I believe the leak is from holes in tin roof from Solar panel frame and power leads. Needs inspection, Validation and fixing possible silicone. Fasten roof sheets as required

Our house had a water leak during the cycle and some maintenance needs to be done before the insurance claim can be progressed. During the assessment, the builder identified the following maintenance issue/s which will require rectification by a suitably qualified tradesperson: - Extend down pipe spreader and discharge closer to the gutter line. - Install foam infills in between the roof sheeting and the transition apron. - Seal the gap between the underside of the box gutter, rainwater head and wall lining. - Seal and fix the pressure seal apron to prevent future leaks AVAILABILITY - from MONDAY 30 JUNE - FRIDAY 4 JULY Please disregard the quoted price as I’m not sure what the going rate for this would be, please provide quotes thanks.

Replace vent pipe collar. Replace some 5-6 roof tile clips which causes leak during cyclone. Inspect roof and ensure no other leaks.

I currently have a cyclone damage claim in with my insurer, but unfortunately, they’ve assessed the issue as maintenance-related and advised it’s not covered under my policy. They arranged for Roof Pro QLD to inspect the property, and I’ve got their detailed report outlining the required works. Roof Pro have provided an estimate but are unable to carry out the repairs at this stage. Work required: New ridge requires installation and scribed to corrugations. Prior to new ridge being installed, weathering of sheets needs to be addressed. Compliant barges need to be installed addressing no turn down to roof sheet. Sheet laps to be screwed down to one sheet. Penetrations need top be sealed to the ridge as a minimum although preference is to install drypan flashings. I’m hoping to get the work done as soon as possible, so if you’re available, please let me know. I’m happy to arrange a site inspection if needed.

We’ve had an insurance claim accepted but they won’t cover repairs of roof that they think caused the issue. Basically I have photos of our roof, and photos of how a roof should be. I just need someone to fix ours so it would prevent any water leaks.

There were a couple of damages we had in the last storm and I need a handy man to get materials (I don’t have a car) and fix it. 1). There is a hole in our roof of the garden deck. We need to get that fixed by getting new roof (looks plastic, from Bunnings. 2) the down pipe was rotten and broken and needs to be replaced too. Quote doesn’t include material fees. As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached. Please note that the roof is still water-tight and there’s no leaking. I will need a report following this job to say that the repairs have been completed by a qualified roofing professional with images, for sale purposes. Leaking colour bond roof on a town house which is due to be replaced in 5 months but I need a quick fix. There is a DIY product called liquid rubber which looks good but open to ideas. Roof is approx 6 x 8m. If it works we will do the same to the other 4 more roofs.
