Recommendations from insurance • Replace roof sheet or install drypan flashing over the penetrations from the old solar ducting • Replace deteriorating / split dektites • Install drypan flashings to all penetrations • Ensure capping lap joints are under sealed with silicone • Over seal blind rivet heads to capping’ - delete the basketball hoop and either replace roof sheet or install dry pan flashing over penetrations from old fixings

We’re doing the final fixes to a house before moving out- just general handyman and some tiled roof areas where the mortar has broken down over time.

Alfresco roof 2x plastic sheets to be replaced by metal sheets..small sections. See photos

Leak in the roof. Its a metal type sheet roof on one of the smaller side of the house.
