Roofer needed to repair storm damaged roof tiles. Some tiles cracked, need sealing or replacing.

Single storey, flat roof building needs some holes patched to stop water getting in. There are three known areas to be patched.

Double storey colorbond roof requiring minor repair as silicone has come off near the vent

Replace 2 x3 mtrs (approx) poly carb roof sheets. Fix gutter that has come away from house. Replace gate hinge.

Noticed a small leak coming from lounge room ceiling, insurance won’t cover the repair as the damage is from poor workmanship from before we purchased the house. Recommendations from insurance • Replace roof sheet or install drypan flashing over the penetrations from the old solar ducting • Replace deteriorating / split dektites • Install drypan flashings to all penetrations • Ensure capping lap joints are under sealed with silicone • Over seal blind rivet heads to capping’ - delete the basketball hoop and either replace roof sheet or install dry pan flashing over penetrations from old fixings

Leak in the roof. Its a metal type sheet roof on one of the smaller side of the house.

Repair roof leak as seen in the photo and inspect for any other damages, it’s a tile roof. Also need to seal a gutter leak.

Colour bond carport roof is leaking. House tile roof is fine and out of scope. Suspect the bolts need gaskets or sorta around them as the leak is dispersed across the area. Safety equipment recommended due to height. Ladder required. A guarantee/warrantee is requested.

I require a licensed roofer to replace the tiled roof flashing in one section only. Also need to upgrade roof drainage in that section and reposition spreader pipe away from flashing. Quotes are welcomed.
