Hi, I’m looking for an experienced roofer to inspect and repair the troughs of my tiled roof. (Peaks have been sealed) Issues: • Mortar/concrete bedding under tiles is deteriorating and breaking away • Debris falling into roof valley • Some tiles may need lifting and resetting Scope of work: • All troughs to be repaired and reset. • Remove loose/broken mortar from affected areas • Re-bed and/or re-point tiles as required • Clean out valley and ensure proper water flow • Check for any cracked or loose tiles and replace/reset if needed • General inspection for potential leaks or future issues Roof type: • Concrete tiled roof • Single storey Access: • Easy access via driveway Please include: • Experience with roof tiling / pointing • Whether you are insured • What materials you will use (flexible pointing preferred) Photos attached. Looking for a proper fix, not a temporary patch. Prefer someone who specialises in roof restorations or roof plumbing.

1. Battens: The back portion of the roof is sunk. For the "sunk" section, replace the warped timber battens to ensures tiles interlock correctly to stop leaks. Check other areas as well for potential issues. 2. Find and replace all cracked tiles to prevent any leaks. I have roughly 50 spares. Have taken videos from the recent rain where the crack is surely present. That will consume 15 tiles. Remaining can be used to replace the ones which are close to end of life or semi cracked. I have some black roof sealant paint as well from the previous job. Paint these tiles to match rest of the roof. 3. Junction Leak where the sunroom meets the main roof: Wetness here probably indicates failing apron flashing. Install new zincalume/metal flashing where the sunroom meets the main roof and remove the retired exhaust outlet 4. One gutter drainage: Cut a hole in the gutter, secure the pop, and pipe it to discharge away from the house All parts on actual + labour. Please feel free to quote your realistic offer.

Need someone who can replace the tiles where necessary and fill the gaps with silicone or appropriate materials on the tiled roof. The 2 bedroom house is a single level old house, where the roof was recently cleaned and painted. It was not properly fixed by the last trade I hired. Hi, The eaves/soffit under a gable has sagged and partially detached. The mortar/pointing along the gable verge also appears cracked and deteriorated. Could you please inspect and advise on: • tiled roof verge repair • rebedding / repointing • eaves/soffit repair or replacement • checking for any water ingress • checking for any damaged timber framing behind the soffit I have photos available and can send them through.

Hi there, I noticed that 1 piece of tile has been blew and fell off the ridge. Looking for a licensed roofer to help put it back in place.

Roof leak to be fixed on upper level in a double storey unit. The tradesman who previously investigated a roof leak downstairs advised that upstairs was a simple one since it could just be a broken tile.

Repair sagging roof liner on a VW Golf 2011

This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.
