Shower screen has tilted down as shown so it needs to be adjusted. Handle on the shower screen, one side has come off, needed to be reattached. Shower head's support has come off so looking to get it reattached. Also have a small piece of ceiling trim to be glued on and get the trim painted white.

Small crack in water pipe letting out water mist. See temporary patch work with black duct tape. The pipe appears to be bronze type pipe normally use for gas. The pipe is old and installed by the previous owner. Suspect spot welding might be required but happy to hear recommendation.
