Fortnightly Cleaner Required for Two Rooming Houses I am looking for a reliable and professional cleaner with proven experience cleaning rooming houses, share houses, boarding houses or other multi tenant properties. This is an ongoing fortnightly position for two properties. Property 1 Clean kitchen Clean bathroom Property 2 Clean kitchen Clean dining area Clean two bathrooms Bedrooms are not included. Duties include Clean and sanitise kitchens Clean benchtops, sinks, stovetop and cupboard fronts Vacuum and mop all common areas Clean showers, toilets, basins and mirrors Empty bins and replace liners if provided Remove cobwebs where required Leave all common areas clean and tidy Restock consumables supplied by us including Toilet paper Hand soap Dishwashing liquid Paper towel if provided Sponges if required Advise when any consumables are running low. After every visit please provide Photos of all cleaned areas A brief report on the overall condition of the property Report any maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures or damaged furniture Report any damage or tenant related concerns Confirm all consumables have been restocked Requirements Previous experience cleaning rooming houses or similar properties Own cleaning equipment and products Reliable and punctual High attention to detail Able to provide references or reviews of similar work ABN and public liability insurance preferred This is a long term opportunity with the potential for more properties for the right person.
