Needing plumbing turned off for old kitchen removal and plumbing sorted for new kitchen installation as well as electrical work such as PowerPoint installation and hooking up gas cooktop and oven. Needing asap as well have an installer and remover just need licensed plumber and electrician. Will include current kitchen and new kitchen plans

A leak from my taps in my under bench sink

I need someone to install a shower head, preferably as an extension to the bath tap in this bathroom. In addition, I need a shower screen installed. There are a few screw holes in the tiles already where a shower screen originally was. And there is a towel hook screwed into the tiles around where the shower head would be located. I would need parts supplied. Happy to negotiate on price, I just need someone with the experience to do the job.

I replaced washers (dome) at the back of the tap spindles in June because there was a leak coming from cold tap itself when in use. I realise it can take time for the washer to seat themselves and 'come with the tap' when turned on. However, the pressure takes time to come to the tap and also doesn't equalize well. I have to put cold on first before adding hot. Hot first works but then adding cold doesn't come out, so have to back off the hot to almost nothing, then woosh out comes the cold. Its this frustrating process of less, more to get it right!!. Unsure if it’s the washers, spindles or what it is. I’m typically available Friday / Saturday
