Toilet is running water into bowl constantly and makes squealing noises

reconnect washing machine and dryer to laundry plumbing - will need to clamp a couple of hoses

Issue with the water pressure reducing valve(PRV) which will need to be replaced. I need both the parts and the labour/installation by a licensed plumber. Flow test results from water company: Flow from tap: 35LPM Flow from meter: 58LPM The current 35LPM flow rate output is not enough pressure for the property.

The pipe under the sink has a larger diameter than the hose and the pipe swivels, so the hose doesn’t stay in securely and it leaks. I would like it connected securely so it doesn’t leak. I am not able to twist myself under the sink due to a back injury.

Remove existing middle tap and install a new Mondella tap

After it rains, the water that drips down the downpipe is very loud. I'm looking for someone who can put more of an angle on the downpipe so the water doesn't fall directly down. Open to other solutions too. There's also a window seal next to the pipe that needs to be pushed back into place. Downpipe and window located on second level of the house.

Need to find the pipes underground so the grate can be connected to it.

Bath supply line / riser was bent when I fell on the spout. The supply line needs to be bent back / fixed / replaced. The spout itself seems ok.

Remove and install an insinkerator. Old one doesn’t work so have to replace it for a new of the same model and fitment.

I have stefani water filter installed under kitchen sink, just want it removed.

Need to replace two toilets with new ones. S-trap configuration.

Need chrome shower mixer handle supplied and installed as it has broken. New mixer handle needs to match the handle style of the other one in the bathroom used for the bath. Photos attached. Offer is for labour only, happy to pay direct for the mixer handle. Only need a basic model handle.
