Looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to replace a rusted bath shower drain (pop-up waste). The current metal waste is heavily rusted and needs to be removed and replaced. I’m specifically looking for a high-quality, corrosion-resistant replacement (e.g. solid brass or equivalent) that will not rust or degrade quickly like the existing one. Have a 750mm bathroom vanity to be installed. As well as old vanity removed. However job doesn't need to include disposable of old vanity, we can take care of that. Current vanity is 800mm. Old and new vanities are both freestanding

Our toilet bowl has some occasional leak when flushing. Suspect it's the pan collar rubber that needs replacing. The toilet bowl will need to be removed to replace it. Looking to also install 2 spray bidets. Need someone with plumbing qualifications and insured to perform the job.

We recently had a new washing machine delivered, but the delivery team was unable to install it. They noted our internal plumbing is too loose and needs to be secured before the machine can be hooked up. Scope of work: - Tighten plumbing (pipes) underneath sink to ensure it is stable. - Install new washing machine and test if it works/for leaks. Location: Pascoe Vale Machine model: HAIER F/L WASH 7.5KG (HWF75AW3) Access: Easy access to laundry area. On street parking. Timing: Looking to get this done ASAP, but can be flexible. We just need someone to reinstall our toilet roll holder and towel rail. No need to paint just reinstall securely and patch up as required. Hopefully a quick job for someone with the right skills. You might need your our screws. The plate behind one of the toilet roll connections appears to be missing.

Remove knife down basin pipe in bathroom. Unscrew pipe under basin and remove knife.

Drain, disconnect and remove rain water tank and its pump, connect up guttering/pipes to drainage. Whatever is involved in removing a rain water tank and dealing with the plumbing/pipes.
