Plumber required to replace kitchen mixer tap with pull out head. New tap will be supplied.

We just need someone to reinstall our toilet roll holder and towel rail. No need to paint just reinstall securely and patch up as required. Hopefully a quick job for someone with the right skills. You might need your our screws. The plate behind one of the toilet roll connections appears to be missing.

We would like to have a licensed plumber come by to replace a leaking swivel kitchen mixer tap with a new, already bought pull out mixer tap. Very similar in size, just that the old one did not have the pull out function. We bought a Phoenix Ivy MKII pull out. Please pix below of the sink and the old mixer tap that is currently still in there. Also a pic of the new tap and the instructions (probably too small to read from the pic but they look fine). Friday this week, 18 July would be great, and Fridays in general work best as one of us can work from home then.

Leaking shower Manually remove the old grout from the joints inside the shower base and apply new epoxy grout to those joints. Cut out the floor grout joints of the shower recess and around the perimeter of the waste grate, and then apply epoxy grout to those joints and around the waste grate, wherever possible. Also, apply epoxy grout to the inside of the waste grate. Remove and replace the silicone sealant around the shower screen. If possible, seal around the tap spindles as well.
