Ore tenant has reported the following. "I’ve attached the photos for leaking water from the floor near the front wide window, roof leaking water and tiles are broken." The premises is a Fisn n Chip Shop. We cannot identify the leak but think it is in the wall or from the roof

Have a 900mm free standing bathroom vanity to be installed. The old one will already be removed. Also hoping for new Flexihoses to be installed on 2 toilets To note, old vanity had pillar taps. Where as the new vanity to be installed is a mixer tap. I'm happy to supply relevant flexi hoses if needed.
