We have a mixer tap and it is leaking water. Probably needs washer replaced, but we are unfamiliar with how to fix.

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

Slight water stream down shower wall when water turned on and at pressure?

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

Remove one mixer and replace with another. Pretty easy job.

Super easy fix - leaking shower fixture. We have attached a shower filter between hand held shower head, flexible hose and water outlet on the wall which is now leaking. Require perhaps plumbers tape/washer to stop leaking at most proximal junction of adapter

Shower in upstairs ensuite is leaking and needs to be resealed.

2 tasks: The shower head is leaking and may just need tightening. There is some plumber’s tape on it already, but it’s unclear whether it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. The sink drain is very slow. The plug moves up and down but doesn’t rotate or adjust in height.

Hi there, I need to fix our shower that’s leaking under the shower door due to lack of sealing . I’ve attached some pictures.

Base of shower screen needs silicone to stop leaking. Mixer tap needs to be tightened as whole fitting is swiveling.

We need a plumber to fix the small pipe (green) attached to the hot water system as it’s leaking We also need the leaking shower head to be fixed in the main bathroom.

Toilet cistern won’t stop running. I opened the lid and discovered the internal plastic mechanism (fill/inlet valve) is broken and loose. The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow. Need someone to inspect and replace the internal fill valve (and flush valve if needed). Please bring parts Located in five dock. Flexible with timing but would prefer this to be fixed ASAP.

Hinge / bolts snapped on soft close toilet seat. Supplier sent replacement parts that didn’t work. Will need you to bring own hinge parts to secure seat to basin Toilet is a villeroy & Boch subway 2.0 wall faced toilet Edit: I would prefer to keep the same seat, unless the proposed new seat is equally as nice. It is a nice renovated bathroom with quality toilet. Do not want a basic seat that does not match installed

Upstairs in the ensuite the toilet is blocked. Tried using a plunger but that didn’t help at all. It been blocked for about 3 weeks and is very stinky

In built cistern filling up very slowly, takes an hour. Gotten worse/longer over time. Include supply of any parts if required.

When I lift the lid off the cistern I can get the toilet to flush but a component won’t go back into place so water constantly runs when the lid is on

We have two toilets that need some help from a plumber! Toilet 1 (see photos) has no leaking issue but it intermittently does not re-fill easily(or at all) after a flush. Toilet 2 (see photos) has been operating fine since we moved in several months ago until today. After a flush all of the sudden water started running out of the back of the tank. I have yet to turn the water back on to investigate the issue on my own. I'm assuming a seal has gone bad? Odd that it happened all at one versus a slow leak though? Offer is to inspect a s repair both toilets. Parts not included.

Toilet does not flush all of a sudden. The push button doesn't work.

My toilet had been running/trickling for a while and now it wont flush because there is no water in the sistern. I have turned the water inlet off so that is stops running.
