Hi, I want to remove and replace the 590mm laundry trough installed in my apartment and replace it with a smaller laundry trough (370mm width) to get more space for the washing machine and dryer. I will purchase the laundry trough separately. Also I want a new kitchen mixer tap installed. Pictures provided for both jobs. Give a quote for doing both at once. Thank you

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos).
