I have an existing mixer tap in my kitchen, which is old and leaking around the base. I've purchased a new mixer tap that's fits the space better so I can fit larger Pots to replace it. I need it installed and watertight/sealed so there's no more leaks. I would need you to supply your tools and plumbing expertise to help the installation .

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Install kitchen mixer tap

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

I am looking for someone to fix a leaking shower doors (one door in each bathroom). I accidentally flushed the toilet brush down the toilet this morning, and now I believe the toilet is blocked or may be jammed. I'm not sure where the brush head is; it might still be inside the toilet or in the sewer line somewhere, which I doubt. You need to check and unblock the toilet, and ideally, remove this piece.

Both buttons aren’t flushing the toilet. I think the internal flush mechanism needs a replacement. If you think it does, bring one and let me know the cost. :) I’ll check Bunnings for a rough idea.

However, it makes whistling noise during and after flush. Whistling noise would last for a minute till water tank is filled.
