Fix a. Leaking shower mixer tap

Need to replace a kitchen mixer tap and bath tub tap. The hot tap for the bath tub has gone free which I am assuming is because of an eroded thread.

Need old mixer tap removed and new one fitted. Have tap ready to go. When I tried to close my kitchen tap below my kitchen sink, the seal seems to have eroded and it is dripping now. Might need some sealant around the top of the tap too?

I will buy the mixer tap but need the old one taken out and new one fitted

Bathroom washbasin (plastic). I want the current hot and cold tap handles and spout replaced with a mixer tap. Plumber to provide the mixer tap. Mixer tap in the middle and each of the current tap handles to be replaced with a flat circular cover to block each hole. Probably best to come and view first to see the size of mixer tap required. My elderly parents have had a plumber out 3 times to unblock a toilet, charged them $1200 for 3 hours of work and it's still blocked. It's beyond ridiculous how much they have been charged which they cannot afford. I am looking for someone that can go around and unblock a toilet at a fair price. Cameras have been used, all sorts of stories told where each time they come back and said it's just toilet paper. I require a plumber or handyman to fix the flush button on a toilet. It’s current flushing by itself or not at all when you push the button. I also have a sink in the kitchen that requires repairing. Not sure if it’s blocked or the open mechanism is broken. No water is exiting the sink.

The float seems to be loose somehow as the water just keeps filling into the toilet from the cistern (this has been happening for a while and we have just been turning the water off at the tap on the wall).
