I would like to replace the kitchen tap with a new one. I already bought the new mixer (Just a standard one - nothing fancy).

Replace a mixer tap in laundry. New mixer tap to be provided.

Remove old leaking mixer tap and fit new mixer tap (provided).

Mixer tap spout nut broken. To fix.

Fix a. Leaking shower mixer tap

Need to replace a kitchen mixer tap and bath tub tap. The hot tap for the bath tub has gone free which I am assuming is because of an eroded thread.

Need old mixer tap removed and new one fitted. Have tap ready to go. When I tried to close my kitchen tap below my kitchen sink, the seal seems to have eroded and it is dripping now. Might need some sealant around the top of the tap too?

I will buy the mixer tap but need the old one taken out and new one fitted

I require a plumber or handyman to fix the flush button on a toilet. It’s current flushing by itself or not at all when you push the button. I also have a sink in the kitchen that requires repairing. Not sure if it’s blocked or the open mechanism is broken. No water is exiting the sink.

The float seems to be loose somehow as the water just keeps filling into the toilet from the cistern (this has been happening for a while and we have just been turning the water off at the tap on the wall). I’m looking for a plumber to fix a toilet that isn't refilling with water after flushing. You need to open the top and press a button manually for it to refill. The issue seems to be with the flush mechanism or fill valve.
