1) Replace gas cooktop with new unit 2) And repair apparently simple leak behind the toilet

Older bathroom, the shower is the acrylic type and seems like it was a home job and the seals need replacing on it also on toilet and the bathroom sink. Not leaking at the moment and my concern is that when the silicon is removed from the shower the acrylic may crack. Don't know if that is the case?

We installed a tap ourselves and it leaks just a tiny bit underneath

Task - full bathroom renovation. Ignore asking price- Looking for quotes currently. The dimensions for Bathroom are; L 2.5m W 1.7m H 2.3m Would be looking for the floors and walls to be tiled. The shower to be replaced and potentially relocated to where the sink currently is. The basin/sink to be replaced and potentially moved to where the shower currently is. The toilet to be replaced. I would consult with the contractor around purchasing the tiles/shower/basin ect. Photos of the bathroom have been attached.

Needs to be done today. Need outlet valve (supplied) + Inlet valve replaced, or replace with a new cistern, whatever is easiest for you. Had a small leak from the inlet valve and then the flushing broke so just wanting both replaced and leak fixed. Located nerang.
