Find an experienced plumber in Murdoch

We have a leak in our reticulation near the solanoid. We need the valve replaced and any works to help the leak. A plumber identified the leak and turned off the isolation valve

Problem: The right hand sink has NO water coming out of either the hot or cold tap (I've tried turning them on fully). The left sink works perfectly fine. No leaks visible, but suspect it could be a blocked, kinked, or faulty flexible hose/pipe leading up to the taps, a clogged aerator, or an issue with the isolator valve under the sink. What I've Tried: Checked if valves are open (seems so), no building wide water issues (other taps/showers in the house are fine). Not a major emergency but needs fixing ASAP as it's inconvenient. Job Scope: Diagnose the cause, unblock/clean/replace the hose or any simple parts if needed (I'll cover reasonable part costs on top). I need a qualified irrigation specialist or handyman to repair a broken irrigation pipe at the side of the house in my backyard urgently. It's leaking, buried under about 1 foot of soil, and needs to be fixed before 12 PM this Thursday (September 11, 2025). The mains has been turned off. Must have own tools and experience with irrigation systems. Quick job, probably 1-2 hours including digging/backfilling.

I live in a villa retirement complex. I need carpentry services. I have the cupboard that allows for a dishwasher but it needs to be “stripped” inside to and perhaps the flooring removed to allow for an installation. I will then need plumbing to underneath my sink. The power point has been done.

I noticed my PVC retic pipe was leaking from under my driveway causing water to push out where the verge and driveway meet. The zone is still operational although very reduced water pressure. The driveway is 3m wide between 2 verges, the pipe may be close to the verge and possibly repairable or a new pipe can be fed under and reconnected on both sides. Looking for good options to resolve

Need two leaky taps fixed. One is over the bathtub (first pic). This one can just be shut off without a replacement. The other in the shower can either be fixed or replaced. I've been told these taps are a bit special.

Install benchtop and cupboards to fit the length of laundry. The length is 2590. I will be replacing the washing machine with one that fits under the benchtop. Please see the attached pictures. I have uploaded them in the same order that they are positioned in the laundry. e.g. laundry trough, washing machine, bar fridge. Can you please give an estimate on how much this might cost?
