My ensuite shower is leaking into the master bedroom. I need someone who can detect the leak and grout the tiles if need be. It has been regrouted a year ago, and the leak has stopped since. However it started leaking just a month or two ago. Not sure what the problem is. We stopped using the shower and now it’s not leaking.

The shower hot water tap had a leak. I replaced the spindle. I reseated the seat and replaced washers and so on. I eventually noticed a small crack in the seat itself. I purchased a seat cap( none threaded) which also failed to stop the leak.

We are looking for someone to fix our leaking shower , basically the following needs done: Removal of the shower screen. Removal of the lower rows of tiles to reconstruct the blueboard behind the tiles. Waterproofing as best as possible. Tiling of the area, re grouting in original grout colour, re caulking of the joins between the tiles and the base as will as the internal corners. Reinstallation of the shower screen.
