Having high pressure issues at a car wash in Langwarrin. Fittings continue to blow off when specific pumps are running, causing hoses to split. Also have a leak on the pressure regulator. Have had some sand in the lines which might be impacting pressure.

I have a gas cooktop i need disconnected and the taps in the laundry moved further down the wall so they sit under the benchtop, both for the sink mixer and washing machine taps. I would like to put a flip mixer in the laundry rather than individually hot and cold taps for the sink.
