Need plumber to come reinstall or rectify a leaking sink tap mixer now. At Killarney heights 2087

As part of pool DA need to install a 1200L rainwater tank in garden

pull-out mixer tap at kitchen sink. We have the tap.

My toilet does not refill with water after flushing. I need someone to inspect and fix the issue—possibly the fill valve or float mechanism. Looking for someone experienced with basic plumbing.

As there is a leakage we need to change the kitchen mixer

We need the 90mm diameter downpipe from our carport gutter connected to our stormwater pipe under our house. This will require cutting a hole in the brick veneer for the pipe to enter under the house. The pipe can either be hung from joists under house or laid on the ground under the house (we can agree best approach onsite). The run from brick veneer to stormwater pipe is around 8m. We have around 2-3m of pipes you are welcome to use if helpful. All tools and materials to be supplied by you.

Tap drips when fully closed. Need to adjust handles as well.

Hi, I have two toilets that I would like changed. I believe they are S-trap standard sizes??? (Please let me know if you think otherwise as I’m not 100% sure) I can supply the two toilets after you agree they will fit as we’re looking for specific toilet designs (pretty standard ones but just want something a little wider and has the hose not inside the wall fully.)
