Small bathroom is in need of an upgrade. Also seems to have a leak coming from the side of the cabinet, at the bottom as in photo, over the past two days. I am renovating a bathroom in an old Queenslander. The bathroom previously only had a vanity, shower and bath. I want to install a toilet. I'm not sure if the existing sewer line under the bathroom is suitable for a toilet or only drain water? If its not suitable I have an excavator and can dig a channel falling to the main sewer line. I am hoping that the toilet can be connected to where the vanity and shower drained. See pic (this is just below the floor of the bathroom). But I'll be guided by you on this.

Needs a new Bath Tub to have the drain tube installed- which is in the centre. The drain in shower is in the corner - so it needs to line up. Also needs the tub to be made sturdy.
