Rheem gas hot water system's igniter isn't producing a flame. Pilot position, holding it down 60 secs and repeatedly pressing the igniter button, however, the pilot light does not ignite and cannot smell gas (There is still gas inside house on gas stove and heater.
Need to fix the toulet seat to the toilet pan.

Hi I have an old vanity and mirror attached to the wall currently. I have purchased a new vanity and mirrored cabinet that needs to be installed in my bathroom. I need someone who is a handyman but is also a plumber to complete this task. The items are being delivered next week Tuesday 11th and seeking someone to complete the task then depending on delivery time. I have attached photos of the new vanity and cabinet for the wall.
