Main water shut off valve multi turn style does not shut off water. Fix globe valve and replace washer inside.

My kitchen sink is leaking into the area below. It seems like a pipe might not be sealed correctly. It's not gushing, more of a slow leak. I also have a bathroom towel rail that has come loose that I'd like to get fixed if possible.

Replacement of our existing Insinkerator Model 65 with a new Insinkerator Evolution 150. We’ll source the Insinkerator unit. Please quote for labour and all other parts. I’ve attached a picture of the existing unit. The switch is under the sink (just a normal electrical switch) - this will also need to be connected.

kitchen sink mixer tap is fine on hot side but turned to the cold side it leaks whether it is on or off.

The flush mechanism has a missing /broken part whereby I can’t press it. The flush works but it’s missing the “pressing” thing. So I usually put my finger in and press it.
