I’ve bought the new shower head and basin tap, need someone to take off old parts and install the new ones.

Hi, I need a handyman (or qualified electrician if required) for two small jobs: 1. Bathroom Downlight – The halogen globe has already been replaced but the light still doesn’t work. I believe it needs a new transformer fitted. 2. Toilet Cistern – The cistern has been removed due to dripping issues and needs to be put back in place securely and adjusted so no drips as it was causing significant water usage.

My Elderly mother has blocked her kitchen sink im suspecting she shoved something in there so water wont drain

What appears to be the overflow valve has a slow leak on our Smeg dishwasher. The issue is possibly the aqua stop valve inlet hose. Need it fixed ASAP please.

Toilet is Running I have turned it off / on and flushed to see if it’s anything obvious,think it’s just a seal to replace.

Required Fri 25 Jul or Wed 30 Jul. 2 x toilet flush cistern valve replacements. 2 x tap leaks (kitchen, laundry). My toilet runs every time it flushes - it can usually be corrected by flushing a second time, but there is a small volume of water that now runs regardless. It looks like there has been a makeshift float inserted at a point in time (blue item) which is no longer connected to anything. It needs a replacement cistern valve, and I would likely get my second toilet replaced also. On the first toilet, there is also a broken piece from where I have previously tried to turn the water off at the tap to stop using the toilet entirely (pictured). I need someone to visit my home, diagnose the problem, and fix. As well as this, both my kitchen & laundry tap leaks so I need someone to review, diagnose & fix. It is likely a quick fix on the kitchen sink (just leaking slightly when it runs, when I spin it 360 degrees to 'tighten' it it stops for a few days).

Hi, I need help replacing a hydronic (water-based) heated towel rail in my bathroom. The bottom pipe is rusted and leaking. I’m not sure what kind of new towel rail I need or where to buy one – I would prefer someone experienced to advise me on the correct replacement model and do the full installation. This job is a routine clean out, not an urgent call out request. I am looking for someone to clean my two sewer pipes to blast / remove tree roots and remove dirt. 1st Pipe is about 10-15 metres with roots along the clay pipe. 2nd Pipe is a storm water pipe which is 3-4 metres long with dirt blocking it. I am looking for someone with jet blasting / hydro jetting. Not the traditional sewer snake. This is a front unit, good wide access to pipes and water. Ask any questions as I know these pipes well!!
