I have a gas fireplace that doesn’t work. I would like a plumber to close off the gas pipe. The pipe runs on the outside of the house. I do not need the pipe to be removed but just to cut it from outside and to close it off.

Plumber needed to install sink

Toilet leaking, must have been a while as grout has spoiled and water pooling under tiles. Noticed Monday, though has gotten worse today. Given colour around caulk I suspect needing to be reset, but i’m not handy so am unsure.
