The drain on my bath is leaking both when the plug is in and Even more when draining. I think the whole trap might need replacing.

We would like to add a dishwasher in the kitchen, although the original design did not include one. Here are the details of the work required: 1. Plumbing Work • Since the original design did not include a dishwasher, an additional water tap/outlet needs to be installed under the sink to supply water to the dishwasher. • The drain needs to be properly connected as well. 4. Hoses • The standard hoses that come with the dishwasher will likely not be long enough, so longer hoses will be required. 5. Scope • We are looking for a licensed plumber who can complete the full installation, including cabinet drilling, adding the water outlet, connecting the drainage, and extending/replacing hoses if needed.

ikea mixer needs to be removed (within warranty) and a new one installed, the problem with current one is the water pressure is extremely low - trickling out. There is also a subtle smell of mould under sink but no sign of a leak. We will provide replacement faucet/mixer.
