Replace kitchen sink mixer tap. old tap and under sink pics and new tap box.

The reticulation was fixed 6 months ago and it was about a 3-4hr job. There are now a few leaks, a few broken sprayer heads that need replacing and just an overall check of the system. Front garden, front verge, side walk way and back garden. There are a few different cycles set up and it would good to consolidate them if possible.

Our water filter faucet is broken, need someone to install the new one. Will probed the new faucet.

Base of kitchen tap has slow leak. Bathroom tap will run a little bit if not turned off hard. Toilet will still run water into toilet if flush not pressed hard.

When the toilet flushes, water comes from the flush buttons as seen in the video. Valve may need replacing?
