Looking to get the following done - replace 3 shower heads - replace one tap

On Thursday I need to have a cap-off done for my bathroom toilet, bathtub, sink and shower. Then I will remove the tiles and gyprock. Then a week later the new villaboard and gyprock will be installed. I don't need any pipes moved but will just need to change the shower to a flick mixer tap. It will be the same provisioning required for the existing setup Then after the tiling, I will need the fitout done for the new toilet, bath, sink and shower Please advise the price for this work

Remove old mixer tap and install new tap in kitchen.

In the morning particularly when the room is cool, a egg smell is evident from the ensuite bathroom - unknown cause, have tried using drain cleaner which seems to temporarily fix the problem.

We would like assistance with a broken washer on our Fienza toilet seat (we think model S3389-3) which requires removal and replacing. In addition one of the holes of the toilet seat has moved out of alignment and requires realignment. This impacts reconnecting the toilet seat to the toilet. See photos.
