Our mixer tap broke. Ideally we'd like someone to replace it tomorrow before 2:30pm and provide a replace please (we'd pay additional cost). As the house is scheduled for demolition a cheap replacement would be good, maybe even a single tap as the gas hot water can be switched on and off if required. If you can't come tomorrow we could possibly organise another time.

Tenant has reported that the top piece of the flush comes off frequently and then the entire flush falls into the cistern. Here is more information: “Here's the flush top, and how the other toilet appears by comparison. Ive re-fitted this ring piece several times but it constantly works its way off, this leads to the flush piece either falling down into the cistern or getting a bit stuck on the way down and having to be retrieved. I actually don't think it would take much more than a waterproof glue to re-fit but I'm not by any means an expert on if there is a greater issue below the lid. I can't see any branding on the toilet, but here is a full picture of the toilet also. “
