My shower tap keeps leaking water

The shower is leaking, pretty sure the washers need replacing. Looking for someone to do this asap.

My shower head has started leaking, just a drip at this stage. I don't have any parts but if any need to be replaced I will pay for them.

Leaking shower that needs fixing, water is coming into the wardrobe behind. I believe this is due to plumbing as the shower hasn't been used for 3 days. The gyprock in the wardrobe can be removed to investigate, we can organise for it to be replaced. If it isn't plumbing, can negotiate a price to seal the shower. The suggested fee is for diagnosis and fix if it's a simple fix... can discuss fee to fix if it's complex after you diagnose.

Appears that float switch is leaking. It is in an in wall cistern. See attached picture where you can see the thin jet of water shooting out the side. Task would be to repair the leak.

Toilet leaking and drains need to be cleared. Ideal if could clean the gutters aswell to assist with managing drainage.

Toilet is filling up with water and there is a bad smell near drain

Tenant has reported that the top piece of the flush comes off frequently and then the entire flush falls into the cistern. Here is more information: “Here's the flush top, and how the other toilet appears by comparison. Ive re-fitted this ring piece several times but it constantly works its way off, this leads to the flush piece either falling down into the cistern or getting a bit stuck on the way down and having to be retrieved. I actually don't think it would take much more than a waterproof glue to re-fit but I'm not by any means an expert on if there is a greater issue below the lid. I can't see any branding on the toilet, but here is a full picture of the toilet also. “
