Had a bathtub leak a few weeks ago. Water escaped the spout and flooded bathtub inside tiles/ floor. Now smells of mould. Plumber opened small hole to investigate. Either hole can be closed up with plaster (if this is going to fix the smell) or tiles need to be broken so water and mould can be cleaned from inside.

I have a kitchen in need of a renovation so am seeking quotes to begin with. Benchtop and cabinets need to be replaced. Sink/tap can be reused as well as gas stovetop/exhaust. Attached images is the current layout. And dimensions are approx only. I am fine if you want to keep the existing layout if any of the foundations are required. Note this is a fairly old house so I am after a basic kitchen (laminate benchtop is fine). Only reasonable offers will be considered and am looking for completion within 2 weeks.
