We have a sink installed inside our built cleanroom. We need someone to disconnect it temporarily for couple days and then come back to re-install it. Should be a simple job. The sink and drainage is connected from the sink of the kitchen, to the room. The second work is we need someone to install an ice maker for us.

Qualified plumber needed. Outdoor Deck Area has a new roof. The guttering runs down to just above the ground and has not been connected to the stormwater. The pipe on the left needs to be cut and an elbow joint piece run to the existing down pipe on the right and sealed. Happy for you inspect first to know what parts you need for the job. Thank you

Quotes or hourly rates accepted. Need the exposed terracotta sewer pipes as shown replaced with Pvc and properly primed and sealed to prevent future root ingress. The main toilet run must be completed in 1 day (second photo) yet the others (laundry, kitchen, second toilet) can be any time. The section under concrete is a straight 6m segment of terracotta but instead of removal a new 10cm pvc pipe can be pushed through the 16cm terracotta pipe to the boundary trap inspection port (any roots inside here may need cleaning out, and for easier pvc entry the soft soil yard clearence may need to be dug up). Total length of all pipes is about 20m. The main toilet is pvc up to 10cm behind brickwork in blue highlight, last photo, needs to be cut through 1 layer brick to connect the new pvc. .
