Hi, I need a licensed plumber to prepare plumbing in my bathroom for a future washing machine install. The space currently has a shower and basin but no laundry setup. I need: • A cold water connection installed (preferably near the basin or an accessible wall) • A drain point added or adapted for future washing machine (e.g. floor waste or basin connection) • Everything sealed and left neat so I can plug in a washer later No washing machine yet — just need plumbing in place now.

I have a fridge freezer (Fisher & Paykel) The problem is that the temperature of the fridge goes really low that it freezes up the food stored in it. And the freezer temperature isn't cold enough that the food starts to defrost. So it's basically doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do. In the freezer compartment, at the back where the air vent is, I can see that there's ice forming. Can this be fixed or should I just replace the fridge? This has happened multiple times. We would turn off the fridge to defrost and after that it would work fine for maybe 2-3 months, but now I have to do that every 2-3 weeks.
