Disconect air conditioner ducts x7 and plaster

Have recently had electrician install down lights . Now we wish to remove and permanently close x7 old air conditioner ducts and remove the ceiling vents so the ceiling can be patched to make the rooms look more modern. Home is double storey . Require : • Disconnect old duct openings • Patch the ceiling holes 20x20cm • Plaster and sand for a seamless finish • Include all labour and plastering materials • Clean up after job Sufficient space in roof to access and remove ducts. Replace cornice and square set plaster walls in a room 7x3m (3 walls total). Cornice leaves a gap to wall when removed. Already removed off one wall section. Based in Sandringham. Job needs to be completed by Tuesday night, ideally starting Monday.

There are 3 steel shelf brackets (used for a heavy timber shelf) that need to be removed. There are further holes in the wall as can be seen in the photo that will need to be filled in (with expanding foam or similar) and then plastered to create a neat flush wall. The screws also need to be removed and patched up.

Hi, I recently had to replace my roof and therefore replace three skylights. The ceiling where an old aircon vent needs to be gyprocked along with the interior of the 3 skylights. Two skylights are easily accessible (within bathrooms). The 3rd is located above a stairwell see pics) so it is quite high up.
