Apply stain block undercoat to ceiling in kitchen, dining, living area to prevent water stains from coming through. Apply topcoat of paint to entire ceiling area. Please note the kitchen, dining and living area encompass one ceiling. Stain block, paint and all materials to be supplied by painter.
