Internal room painting – Como, WA (ready to start immediately) Must be completed by COB Monday 22 December More photos available on request, or happy for you to inspect and quote in person Ceiling height: 2875mm Room size: 2714mm x 3365mm Scope of works includes: Walls & Wall cladding, Ceiling, Window frame (internal side only) Scope excludes: Skirtings, doors and door frames Paint supplied by me (already purchased): Window frame: Dulux Aquanamel – Vivid White Ceiling: Dulux Wash & Wear – Matt – Vivid White Walls: Dulux Weathershield – Render Refresh – Charmed White Prep work already completed by me: Ceilings scraped and sanded, Walls filled and sanded, Paintable silicone applied to cladding / wall junctions Additional notes: Allow for some repair/prep to plasterglass cornice Several movement cracks present – flexible product recommended (e.g. poly filler / base coat) Photo included showing the worst affected area
