External Painting & Silicone Repair: Large Entry Frame and front door 1.6m by 2.8m I require a skilled painter to weather-seal and refinish a large front door frame and door front surface in matching paint. The vertical joints have developed hairline cracks requiring attention to prevent moisture ingress, and the threshold requires a colour change. Scope of Work 1. Frame Remediation (Primary Task) Silicone: Thoroughly cut out and remove failing silicone from vertical joins. Clean and re-seal with high-quality, elastic external gap filler to accommodate thermal movement. Painting: Apply minimum 2 coats of quality weather-proof exterior paint (White) to the jambs, header, and architraves for a seamless finish. Light sand and paint of outer front surface of front door. 2. Threshold Finishing Current State: Base-coated in "sandy" yellow (Nov 2025). Task: Apply 2 final top coats of walkable exterior paint in Monument (Dark Grey). Must completely cover the sandy base and provide a durable, traffic-resistant finish. Requirements Access: Frame is 2.8m high; you must bring a suitable ladder/platform. Materials: Please state in your offer if you will supply the paint (White for frame; Monument for threshold) and consumables (gap filler, etc.), or if you require me to purchase them.

I have scratch and bite marks on my wall that need filling and painting over. I have the paint.

I removed the sticky tape on the ceiling and it has sticky spots and some peeling when I remove it. I used the wrong colour to fix it, and now it looks very obvious somehow.

Remove the old sealant on skirting boards on the Ground Floor. Refer to the Ground Floor plan for highlighted areas in yellow and see the attached photos for examples. 3. Caulk and paint skirting boards on both the Ground and First floors (old timber floor on the Ground Floor and new timber floor on the First Floor). Brawn caulk on Ground Floor and white on First Floor.See attached photos and refer to the floor plans for highlighted areas. I have attached a photo of the paint used for the walls. And would like to use the same paint for this job.

There are 6 approx <5cm scratches/ holes in our white painted plaster wall. As well s a scratch on our skirting board.
