Patch and paint damaged wall to left of glass door in downstairs bedroom with tiled floor. Repair chipped laundry floor tile or offer compensation to owner. Patch and paint damaged sections of laundry walls. Fix toilet roll holder to wall in toilet and patch and paint holes. Fix the white wardrobe in the largest downstairs bedroom to the wall. Patch and paint peeled section of wall paint to left of TV in smaller upstairs bedroom / living room. Repair / replace damaged cladding on western side of shed or offer compensation to owner. Fence needs another coat of paint. Ideally applied with a roller and then brushed in (including the gaps between each piece of timber).Has just been high pressure washed and with the sun out it’s the perfect time with a clean surface. I will supply paint. Does not need to be done by a professional as I did the first few coast 2 years ago. I am in no way a pro. This is just a touch up of some areas and another coat (i.e easy) so could be a uni student or someone between jobs who isn’t a professional painter.
