Removal of an internal wall, as pictured. The wall is about 5m long and roughly 4m ceilings, it is load bearing. The timber VJ wall lining would need to be stripped, structure above temporarily propped, two posts added at either end, LVL to span the opening. Re-clad with the VJ boards salvaged during demo.

I have a 15sqm raked ceiling repainted after some plastering repairs. We are getting our house ready for sale so ideally would like it done in the next few weeks if possible

End of rental - general external house power wash / gerni pressure wash - eaves / walls / paths / back deck (pretty good) and driveway (will take 1.5 hours on own - another 1.5 for shady side of house (clothesline side) - to remove cobwebs, mould etc. Allowing 6 hours of work all up.
