I want to sand and repaint this wooden floor.

I have 18m of vertical slat timber fencing to be stained on both sides. Timber stain, brushes and drop sheets supplied.

Rental apartment requires painting. Paint will be supplied, need labour. 2 coats 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway, lounge kitchen area.

I am needing x3 bedrooms painted. Roughly about 10ft wide. Quite small rooms. 3-4 walls in each room + ceiling + back of door. 2 coats required. New carpet has been installed, so you will need to be very vigilant. Will supply paint, and brushes/rollers.

Half my house needs painting as I ran out of time to do it myself. Required: Room 1 = 2 coats on walls. 2.4m x 15m Room 2 = 2 coats on walls. 2.4m x 5m 1 coat ceiling. 3m x 2m Room 3 = 2 coats on walls. 2.4m x 9m 1 coat ceiling. 5m x 3.5m There is currently no flooring, so no drop sheets required. I have the paint on site to finish. I have paint rollers, poles, trays, paint brushes, cutting brushes. I'm happy to pay an hourly rate. 1.Paint picket fence. This is 12.5metres and 1.2 metres high. It’s had 2 coats of paint already this is final coat. 2. Lightly sand, mask and paint 2 large sash windows. Each has 8 small panes.
