I would like you to repaint the ceilings in a 1 bedroom flat (~38sqm) and do small touch ups around the walls and skirting boards to tidy it up. The flat is currently empty and the work needs to be done by the end of July.

Paint the walls and ceiling of a small bedroom, including priming and painting newly built shelving on one wall- see photos. Primer and paint supplied but airtasker will require their own painting supplies (brushes, rollers etc). Ceiling is high so painter will need their own ladder as well. Note: the wardrobe in the pictures is not going to be painted, so it’s more like 3.25 walls and the ceiling.

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

Painting of ceiling panels on balcony. Panels are a weather board type panel with two lights. Panels are 1.2m wide and 2.5m long and some panels have staining from a water leak that has been repaired. There are 5 full size panels and 1x half width panel. We did renovation on small home office, roughly 3m x 5m. Need to cover walls and ceiling as well. There is a small bathroom area as a part of this office, that will need to be done to be water proof. Framing is done, need installing Gyprock sheets and setting to be a paint ready.

Quote is flexible just put an amount up to set up the task. Holes in rendered garage wall need patching. Not fussed if it’s patched with render or filler etc, just need them filled. Then need to paint over the patching and colour match the paint. I do not have the paint to supply so you will need to colour match it and get paint to complete the task. Add it into your quote.
