We need 9 patches on the ceiling painted over. I have sanded, spakfilled, and primed the area already so just needs the top coat done. We will need someone to match the paint and blend/feather into the ceiling paint. We successfully patched the walls but have run out of time to finish the ceiling before we go away.

Due to unexpected repair works in our bedroom, we're now in need of a professional painter to apply the finishing touches to our bedroom walls, some ceiling and some skirtings. The approximate areas that need to be painted are: 22 lineal metres of skirting 35 m2 of wall and ceiling works combined 2-3 coats of paint will be required. The skirting requires gaping on the top and filling of the nail holes. There are small areas which require a small amount of touch up for some dents on the walls. Photos also show the finish of the plastering work and the cutting required to square it off to the skirting boards at the top of the cabinetry. Paint will be supplied by us. All other materials including painting material, gap filler, protective materials to ensure no damage to any cabinetry etc will be required by you. The budget calculated is based on a m2 rate and per linear rate for skirting, and notes that I am supplying the paint.
