Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable painter to help with minor patch painting in a few areas of my home as part of an end-of-lease clean-up. Scope of work includes: • Inspecting several small patch areas on walls • Colour matching (some walls may have different colours) • Minor sanding and dusting before paint application • Painting only small sections as needed (no full wall painting required) • Ensuring the work meets real estate agent’s inspection standards The job will start with a quick inspection so we can agree on the areas needing touch-up. Paint may need to be sourced based on colour match — only a small amount is needed.

There is a floral board attached to my living room wall that needs to be removed. After the removal, I would like that part of the wall to be painted and matched to the rest of the wall.

Need outside white wall repainted white and cover the logo. Paint the shop trimming from black to white. Also touch up the awning white again
