Repaint the house and kitchen cabinetry

The house needs to be painted, and the cabinetry also requires repainting.

We have just had our wooden floors sanded and resealed. The varnish in some areas has splashed up onto the walls. We have the original paint but it is 12 years old so not sure if it is still good. Looking for someone who will take care not to get paint on the floors and create a vicious cycle!

Timber is Jarrah-look and roughly 4m x 4m area. Timber is clean and ready for sanding. Require 2 coats of decking oil (provided) to top surface. Available anytime between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I require a pantry door, hinges and frame to be painted. I understand that it's already primed, but the sides have been planed so only that part needs to be primed.
