Clean and prepare tiles, tape up taps and edges, Prime and paint, bathroom wall tiles, and floor tiles. Walls will be green and floor will be white. Small bathroom, one shower, floor and half tiles see picture, attached paint and primer supplied (Norglass Northane) you will need to supply mohair roller, brush and other tools as required.

Need someone to remove mold build up on the bathroom shower ceiling and floor. The ceiling has a patch of mould. The cause of the mould has been addressed, however that section of the ceiling needs to be cut out and -replastered. Please quote the cost of just cutting and re-plastering. If, after that is completed, you can paint over the plaster so that it matches closely enough (doesn’t need to be perfect), please advise of additional cost. Thanks!

After a search for a leak we found nothing except some left behind painters tape. The two manholes to search for signs of water damage have since been covered up and replastered. I now need to find a painter to sand the plaster down and repaint. I have a pot of paint but would like to know if I can get away with repainting just the area affected or if I need the whole ceiling redone. Ideally the job is completed asap but im flexible. My budget is based on whether it's a small vs larger area requiring work. Id appreciate some quotes! Furniture in home and will need to buy the paint for the ceiling

Reposting this job as I was unable to accept offers before. Looking for someone to apply two coats of dulux Weathershield to the wall in the phots. It’s 2.3m x 1.2. I don’t need the meter box painted, just the wall. It can be accessed anytime and there’s no rush for the job. Also no issue if you do the first coat and come back to do the second coat another time. I have the paint already.

Need to paint over the wall mural at swim school in white. The total dimensions is 19 m long and about 2-3 m high. Price to be all inclusive to include but not limited to paint labour equipment etc.
