Looking for someone who can sand back and then paint the front of my house The area is not too big - approx 6 metres in length x 3 metres high I also need balcony rungs painted (no sanding needed) Someone with experience who knows what they are doing. I will cover the cost of the paint

Painting the ceiling of a small bathroom (3.5 sq/m), ceiling of small kitchen/dining area (approx 10-15sq/m), and some walls of kitchen/dining area (6-7 sq/m).
