Sand and coat with varnish 10m2 timber flooring on outside verandah, undercover. NB. Verandah will be emptied and cleared of all pot plants. Decking coating will be provided, labour only of sanding and 2 coats required.

Single storey painting service required to complete our painting project that we have started off but not done. House previously cladded and cladding has been removed and all holes patched. One side is completed but needs the window trimming and small patch of eaves repainted. 3 sides of weatherboard to be painted, with 2 sides about 1.5 storey high as the house sits on a small slope.
