Looking for someone who can sand back and then paint the front of my house The area is not too big - approx 6 metres in length x 3 metres high I also need balcony rungs painted (no sanding needed) Someone with experience who knows what they are doing. I will cover the cost of the paint

Painting the ceiling of a small bathroom (3.5 sq/m), ceiling of small kitchen/dining area (approx 10-15sq/m), and some walls of kitchen/dining area (6-7 sq/m). Bathroom has been tiled but does not have fittings and fixtures installed yet. Paint will be supplied, we can provide brushes/rollers if required. 2 coats needed.

Sand and coat with varnish 10m2 timber flooring on outside verandah, undercover. NB. Verandah will be emptied and cleared of all pot plants. Decking coating will be provided, labour only of sanding and 2 coats required.

House is currently being renovated. Needs a compete interior paint, scope includes, supply of paint, floor and window covering throughout works, all patching and sanding of areas including window sills/surrounds to make good prior to paint.
