Hi, I need to remove paint stains and marks from walls. These marks are from kids colouring in walls with permanent markers and causing paint stains on walls. You may need to paint over the stains on the walls. There is mould on a couple of spots in the ceiling (as per pictures) that needs to be removed.

I have painted the exterior of my house as far as I can reach. I now need someone who is able to provide professional painting and has a ladder who can reach the areas where I can't at second story level. I will provide the paint (one colour). Currently have 3-4 litres. One coat should suffice. From the photos of the back of the house, everything that is "pink" needs painting. At the front, only the guttering and decorative panel on the apex need painting in the one colour. In addition to this main task, there are three x canopies over side windows that should be painted.
