Hi, I need to remove paint stains and marks from walls. These marks are from kids colouring in walls with permanent markers and causing paint stains on walls. You may need to paint over the stains on the walls. There is mould on a couple of spots in the ceiling (as per pictures) that needs to be removed.

We are painting it black - we have the fence paint here and some rollers, but they are not great for getting between the panels.
