Small terrace kitchen (12sqm) needs sanding and satin topcoat. Please see pics attached. Also staircase needs sanding.

I need the left side hallway wall in my apartment, plus the small wall section around the door frame at the end of the hallway, prepped and painted. The walls previously had stick-on cladding, so there is still some adhesive residue and minor surface damage. They will need to be scraped back, cleaned, lightly sanded, patched with filler where necessary, primed, and then painted with the supplied paint. I would like a clean and professional-looking finish – neat edges, smooth surface, no visible bumps, streaks, or glue bleed-through. Please bring your own tools and materials (scraper, filler, sandpaper, drop sheets, brushes/rollers, etc). I will provide the paint and primer. It’s a straightforward hallway, but as it runs opposite doors and furniture, care will be needed to avoid splatter or mess.

Baseball size hole on the drywall needs repair. May need painting. If you interested, please do provide quote for repair and painting.

Looking for someone to repaint the wall with a roller including any necessary minor repairs. There are three areas of paint damage. The photos show 1) the area to be painted 2) multiple angles of the areas with paint damage. One area I have cut out paint bubble, two areas have a paint bubble. The area shaded blue in the photo doesn't need to be painted, just the rectangle in the orange line. I have 0.5 litres of colour matched paint.
