There are 4 or 5 hand-size holes in stud/drywall walls to repair (I have the repair sheet ready to go). Paint the interior of the empty house in a basic flat white. (it's already white, so not many coats needed, except one 2.5m feature wall that is green and we want that repainted white too). Includes ceilings to the bed, bath and hall but NOT the main living area (main living area is cathedral/vaulted and not required) Don't paint over timber beams, doors and frames (they are stained) Supply paint or tell me how much you need and I'll buy it from Bunnings.
