Looking for an experienced painter to paint various items gutters, eves, skirting boards etc on hourly rate. Single story 3 bed house easy access. Approx 2-3 days work, possibly more if interested, and quality is good.

A few cracks need filling, one in the ceiling that will need to be opened up and repaired (i believe this one is a 2 visit job), and a few on the walls and around cornices.

Repair or replace ceilings, paint natural white.

This is a 2 visit task. Reinforce ceiling fron inside roof cavity, then once it dries come back and scrape out crack on inside of house side of the ceiling and refill with cornice plaster. Would prefer someone who has done this type of repair before.

Hard set plaster walls in my laundry room. The walls have been rendered. Just need a professional to finish off the walls nicely with the hard set plaster. Room is 2m long x 2m wide x 2.5m height. Floor is a screed so can get dirty. And laundry is outside of house so easy access. Less than 12m2.
