The bathroom has had a plastering repair job done to the ceiling and one wall. It’s had a light sand. It now needs a paint. The ceiling needs to be all painted - the wall just trimmed along the edge of tiles, where a patch has been done and where there is sanding marks . Windows and door not included. The ceiling slopes down and at the high point is 3mts high. The room is 3 x 2.5.. - Due date: Flexible

I would like the holes fixed in the ceiling and also on the wall it needs sanding and smoothing out. I don’t need it painted. Need help with the holes and rough patches

Scraping back flaking paint, prime and apply 2 coats of ceiling white. Single room approx. 3m x5m. Paint supplied. Qualified painter required with insurances.

A basement ceiling I want spray painted. The area is 40 to 45 sqm. I can supply paint myself, or pay you additional money if you supply paint. At the moment, it is unpainted, bare timber beams. The beams are new construction - 12 months ago. The height is 2.4m from basement concrete floor to the underside of the timber beams. The beams themselves are 200mm deep by 50mm wide. Minimal prep is required(?) - except for some masking of walls and using a primer as the first coat. No need to remove old loose paint or crack sealing or hole filling The basement is sort of a storeroom, not a "finished room". See photos. And the flat surface, between the tops of the beams (which is the floor of the kitchen above) is James Hardie SCYON - a compressed cement(?) fibre sheet. I want it painted over 1.5 days. To make SURE the coats have dried. 2 coats one day. And the third coat on the next day. I had trouble in the past (in another room) where a spray painter applied coats too quickly and left me with a problem. The person who does the work needs to be able to show me they are competent with a spray gun. Also show me proof of at least double vax. Needing a gyprocker/cladding expert for our external laundry ceiling. We have a ceiling there with great timber beams exposed but no cladding there so we want to clad in between the beams i.e. the aluminium part of the roof and leave the beams exposed (see attached photos). So it's a small job (whole room size is approx. 4.5m x 2m) but requires those cuts. Flexible to have this work done any time from now.

I’m moving house and need someone to repair several small to medium-sized wall damages (see photos). Some areas have plaster pulled off, exposing the base layer. There are also a few small drill holes and scuff marks. I need the plaster repaired properly (not just filled) and then colour-matched paint touch-ups done, ready for bond inspection. Please bring your own materials (plaster compound, filler, sandpaper, matching paint, etc). Must have experience in plaster repairs and preparing walls for rental bond returns.

90 m2 wall Lime mortar has deteriorated and completely missing in some places Scraping mostly 70% done already - should take 5 more hours. Just fill with off white cement and lime mix And acid wash You can see a new section of brick work in one of the photos. That’s what the finish on the old section needs to look like Not sure about how big a job this is. May need an hourly rate but you tell me. brickes with credentials only please. - Due date: Flexible
