We’ve scrapped back the flaking paint (and repainted the ceiling) but we need these two areas plastered and sanded so we can repaint.

We require 8 x walls (three of which have windows) to be painted in white paint. The job will include prepping the area (wiping down spider webs etc) and a high pressure hose is available if needed. All paint and brushes are provided as well as sheets but if you have a spray gun happy for you to BYO noting the ceiling is not required to be painted.

Need to repair holes in wall, sand and touch up paint the repaired holes. 2 large holes and various small holes in the garage. Then 3-5 small dents in an upstairs room. Painting- - touch up paint the repaired plaster holes, then touch up paint a front column on the front of the house, then touch up 2 small areas in a bedroom.

Job involves the removal of existing sealant and the application of new sealant around the perimeter of our house. Around 15 metres of wall is required to be resealed. I will provide the silicon sealant but the tasker will need to bring their own sealant gun.
