I need someone to patch and tidy up the area along the ceiling above my air conditioner unit, where the trunking meets the wall and ceiling. There’s a visible gap and some uneven or cracked plaster that needs to be repaired and repainted to blend with the rest of the ceiling. The area affected is quite narrow (a few cm wide, running along the top of the trunking for about 1.5–2 meters). It looks like it may just need filling, smoothing, and a bit of touch-up paint. Scope of work: - Inspect the area around the air conditioner and trunking. - Patch and fill the gap/cracked plaster along the ceiling line. -Sand smooth once dry. - Paint or touch up the area to match the existing ceiling/wall finish. - Ensure the final finish looks neat and consistent. Photos attached for reference. Requirements: - Must have experience with plaster or gyprock repair and painting. - Please bring your own tools and materials (filler, sandpaper, paint, etc.). - Work area should be kept tidy and clean afterward. Paint supplied. Rafter width is about 8 metres across terrace by 1 metre. Currently painted dark brown and grey and going cream.

There is an accumulation of mould in our walls and ceilings. Need help getting this removed professionally.
